SHIPPING POLICY

Simply Fresh Home Decor believes that customer service is our number one priority! We truly value your business and we aim for quick delivery times! We understand when you purchase your items, you can't wait to start decorating with them! You can expect your item to ship within 48 hours of placing your order. Custom products can take up to 14 days to ship. If you need your item sooner, please email our customer service department at: info@simplyfreshhomedecor.com and we will tell you how quickly our most current turn around time can be.

 

Shipping costs are easy! It's a flat $6 shipping on your order up to $100. Orders $100 and over, are totally FREE to ship! We truly appreciate your business!  

 

Shipping Carrier: We work with various shipping carriers to provide the most economical & reasonable shipping times depending on the size and weight of your order. We will provide you with tracking and shipping information throughout the ordering process. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to absolutely LOVE your newest home decor purchase! While we have worked very hard to curate quality home furnishings for your home, we understand that sometimes it may not be the perfect piece for you. To initiate a return, please contact: info@simplyfreshhomedecor.com to request a return authorization request form. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns. To process your return please:

 

  • Return product in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Be sure to ship item(s) within 30 days of our original ship date.

  • We will offer either a monetary refund minus shipping fees or a store credit, as per RA request.

  • We do not allow exchanges.

  • Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Once a credit is issued, it takes 5-7 business days to see it reflected on your bank statement.

  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If your item is received damaged, please contact us at: info@simplyfreshhomedecor.com We work with various shipping partners, and time is of the essence to file for damage claims. All damage claims must be made within seven (7) business days of delivery. To expedite the process, please keep the damaged item, all original packaging, and inserts as proof of damage, until the claim is resolved. According to the USPS, you may be required to take the package to your local post office, failure to do so may result in denial of claim. If post office denies the claim based on customer's failure to produce damaged item, Simply Fresh Home Decor is not responsible for refunding damages. Photo evidence may be required with some shipping carriers and is the responsibility of the customer to provide.
